Roger Foley Music was created from the belief that even when disability takes away physical abilities, it does not have to take away creativity, imagination, humour, or the ability to tell stories through music and art. Roger lives with Spinocerebellar Ataxia Type-14 (SCA14), a progressive neurodegenerative disease that has severely impacted his mobility, coordination, speech, and independence. While the disease changed the direction of his life, it never took away his passion for songwriting, creativity, performance, and music. With the right home-care support, Roger would be able to continue to sing, write, create, and develop new artistic projects.With appropriate support and accommodations through direct-funding home care and a customized accessible stage setup, Roger may once again be able to perform live in concert.

The music project also represents the continuation of a dream that was interrupted years earlier. In 2013, Roger was preparing music, concerts, characters, and creative projects that were never fully released as his health situation worsened.

Today, through the support of Life Care Network Inc., many of those creative works are finally being completed and released as part of a broader mission to help raise funds for the independent  direct funding home care Roger needs in order to safely return home and continue living in the community.

The first official single, “Limitless With Limitations,” will be released worldwide on all major music platforms on June 12, 2026 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. Lyric videos, promotional videos, shorts, and related content will also be available across social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital media channels.
